How long does the preparation take ?
For products in stock (ready to ship) handling takes 2 working days. For made-to-order artisanal products (handmade) the preparation time varies depending on the complexity of the work required, for example: Small rugs (2 meters or less) are usually woven in 3 weeks. Large rugs (3 meters and more) are woven in a minimum of 4 weeks. Generally, the specific preparation period is mentioned in the description of each product
How long does the delivery take ?
Once your product is ready, we ship it as fast as possible, usually within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your country: Countries of the European Union: between 1 to 4 days. USA & Canada: 3 to 5 days. After your carpet has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code.
Can we combine several coupons in one order ?
You can only use one voucher at a time. However, you can use a voucher to order a product that is already discounted.
Do you work with architects and designers ?
Yes absolutely, we work with professionals. If you want to craft an exclusive design or place a bulk order, we will be happy to start a new collaboration.
My product has a defect, what should I do ?
The quality of our handcrafted products is crucial to all of our artisans at we perform strict control before shipping. However, mistakes are part of being human. In this case, you can return the product to us for a refund or replacement. You can also photograph the problem for us to find a solution.

Once the order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email in a few moments. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check the spam folder first, if still no confirmation despite the order being validated, please contact us so that we can send you a new email.
Do you have a Showroom ?
No, we do not have a showroom and we are convinced that this is the best method to guarantee a fair price and excellent quality handcrafted product for the customers, while helping the craftsmen to maintain a stable production flow. This way we eliminate the middlemen and the charges that inflate the final price.
How much are the shipping costs ?
Delivery is free to all supported destinations !
Do you offer gift vouchers ?
Yes of course ! Giving a handmade gift with love is a good idea, but the best is to give the choice to our loved ones to choose what they prefer.
Can we change the delivery address ?
Yes, you can change the delivery address. Please send us an email to indicating the new address with your order number
I am not satisfied with my product, what is your return policy ?
We want our customers to only keep ordered products if they are 100% satisfied. If, however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of your order, no questions asked.
What if I am absent at the time of delivery ?
You can simply contact the delivery service to make an appointment. Or specify if you want to leave the package with your neighbors, or at a collection point.
