Large rugs (3 meters and more) are woven in a minimum of 4 weeks. Generally, the specific preparation period is mentioned in the description of each product
Once your product is ready, we ship it as fast as possible, usually within 2 business days. The delivery time depends on your country: Countries of the European Union: between 1 to 4 days. USA & Canada: 3 to 5 days. After your carpet has been shipped, we will send you a tracking code.
