Ordering non-personalized products:
We don't want our customers to keep ordered products only if they are 100% satisfied. If, however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of your order, no questions asked.
Ordering personalized products:
Personalized products are ineligible for the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your personalized product order, you can do so within 2 working days of the date of your order. Defective item: if, exceptionally, the personalized product that you have ordered is damaged or with manufacturing defects. Please contact us to provide a satisfactory solution for you.
